Description: PC/SC IFD handler for proprietary HID smart card readers
hid2pcsc plugs proprietary USB-HID smart card readers (DeCard T10,
 0471:a112/a120; Huada HD-100, 072f:90d5) into the standard PC/SC stack.
pcscd loads it as a USB hotplug driver and creates one reader per attached
device, each with a contact and a contactless slot. No vpcd/vsmartcard or
extra daemon is needed. Ships a udev rule for device-node access.
